Terms and Conditions: Sun Stone will warranty from the original date of purchase Sun Stone Quartz material in a single family residence that fails due to any factory manufacturing defect for a period of ten (10) years. This Warranty applies only to material properly fabricated and installed by a licensed or qualified fabricator/installer. This Warranty is available to the original owner of a single family residence in which Sun Stone Quartz has been installed and is not transferable. Prior to fabrication, each slabs should be approved by the customer. If after or during installation you decide that you do not like the color or finish you selected, that decision is not covered under this warranty. Sun Stone shall not be responsible for labor charges incurred for installing replacement material and such charges are excluded from the warranty.
To summarize, the limited warranty will not apply to damages arising from any of the following.
- This warranty does not cover use for any commercial purposes
- Labor, installation and improper care and maintenance
- Modifications,alterations, repair or services by installtion company
- Exposure to extreme heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions
- During or after installation owner disapproves of color or finish selected
- Physical or chemical abuse
- Scratches, chips, impact or cutting
- Problems arising from structural movement
- Freight & transportation
Sun Stone Quartz slabs has a 10 year strucutal warranty. We warrant that the structural integrity of the product will not fail, under normal conditions, within a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. To file a claim under this warranty, Sun Stone, must receive notification of the claim as soon as possible and no later than one (1) year after the Quartz has been installed. Please provide a valid proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs showing the defect. Claims must be emailed to info@sunstoneus.com.
NOTE: This warranty is not transferable. It extends only to the original end use purchaser. Sun Stone Supply LLC, does not grant to any person or entity the authority to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with its Quartz products. This warranty is in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranty of mechantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
