The Following is the limited warranty issued by Sunstone Supply LLC (“the company”) for its Ridgid Core Vinyl products. The company guarantees that its SPC Vinyl planks are manufactured according to its stated specifications and meet or exceed these requirements.
In the Event that it is established that the vinyl has a latent manufacturing defect caused by improper manufacturing, the company will furnish material for replacement of the defective vinyl of compatible color and shade as determined by Sunstone Supply LLC. Due to specific installation details, structural designs and environmental conditions are beyond the control of the Company, improper installation and/or care and maintenance of our vinyl products after they are installed are not covered under warranty. Prior to installation, vinyl planks should be inspected and approved by the customer. Sunstone Supply LLC, shall not be responsible for labor charges incurred for installing replacement material and such charges are excluded from the warranty.
To summarize, the limited warranty will not apply to damages arising from any of the following.
- Labor and Installation
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold
- Scratches, impact or cutting
- Modifications, alterations, repair or services by installtion company
- Problems arising from structural movement and deficiences in the base of subfloor o Improper installation
- Improper care and maintenance (no usage of bleach or steam cleaning)
- Pet urine, feces, vomit, etc. not cleaned up in a timely manner
- Freight
Sunstone Supply LLC’s SPC Vinyl planks has a 30 year residential strucutal warranty and 10 year commerical structural warranty. We warrant that the structural integrity of the product will not fail, under normal conditions, within the residential or comemrical usage period from the date of purchase. To file a claim under this warranty, Sunstone Supply LLC, must receive notification of the claim as soon as possible and no later than one (1) year after the vinyl has been installed. Please provide a valid proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs showing the defect. Claims must be emailed to info@sunstoneus.com.
NOTE: This warranty is not transferable. It extends only to the original end use purchaser. Sunstone Supply LLC, does not grant to any person or entity the authority to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with its tile products. This warranty is in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranty of mechantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
